- 1944年、三興と大同貿易及び呉羽紡績が合併して大建産業設立。
- 1949年、丸紅株式会社設立。
- 1955年、丸紅と高島屋飯田株式会社が合併して、商号を丸紅飯田株式会社と変更。
- 1966年、東通株式会社を合併。
