  • 1919年、北海道製糖株式会社が創立。
  • 1920年、旧日本甜菜製糖株式会社が創立。
  • 1923年、明治製糖（株）は旧日本甜菜製糖（株）を吸収合併。
  • 1944年、北海道製糖は社名を北海道興農工業（株）に変更。
  • 1947年、北海道製糖は社名を北海道興農工業（株）に変更。
